PLEASE NOTE: The Backyard Barn-dominium is an "ADD-ON" feature ONLY -- NOT a separate rental, so you don't need to worry about strangers in the backyard! However, if unused by your group, the owners reserve the right to use the Barn-dominium in the secluded, private way they did for the first several years of managing this property, which has never resulted in guest complaints or privacy concerns. If owners decide to use the property at all, the driveway is the only "shared space" between renters and owners, so rest assured that your family/group gatherings will be private and peaceful!
